About Clark
Mr. Clark has been involved in Real Estate for over 28 years. He is a highly skilled and recommended commercial loan broker and lender. After successfully raising millions for several projects both domestically and internationally through corresponding lenders, family offices and institutions, Walt made a decision to launch his own firm (Clark Capital Funding Group) in 2005. Before Clark Capital, Walt owned and managed Clark Capital Management for 27 years and built multiple real estate developments in the Maryland /Washington DC area.
Clark is a certified licensed sport agent for National Basketball Association. His responsibilities are to manage and negotiate players contracts and employment.
Clark has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business/Finance from prestigious Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore Maryland.

John has been a leader and Project Manager in the Communications and IT industry for over 25 years. He has successfully managed multi-million dollar projects for Fortune 500 companies. His experience includes financial management, proposal development, managing and leading teams, developing processes, customer support and reporting milestones/deliverables to customers. Having invested in the real estate market for more than 15 years, John realized his passion for Residential and Commercial Real Estate and was inspired to change careers and enter the field of Commercial Lending.
John has a Bachelor of Science Degree from The Johns Hopkins University- Business and Management, Professional Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification from PMI and a Certificate of Management Mini-MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
